Job Title:

Market Research Specialist - B2B

Location: Bangalore
Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Budget: Up to 22 LPA (including 10% variable)
Experience Required: 8 to 10 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to within 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to gather data and insights in a B2B context.
• Research Methodologies: Apply advanced knowledge of research techniques, including surveys, focus groups, data analysis, and competitive intelligence, to drive strategic decisions.
• Industry Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of the digital security industry to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze research findings and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations. Use data mining and database management techniques to derive meaningful insights.
• Communication & Presentation: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders through strong presentation and communication skills. Present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Project Management: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and business development to align research efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in B2B market research.
• Research Expertise: Advanced knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Industry Preference: Experience in the digital security industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data mining, data analysis, and database management techniques.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities to share research findings effectively.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.
• Work Hours: Availability to work in a 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift in Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?2,200,000.00 per year
