You will be part of the Sattva Knowledge Institute team that aims to guide investment decisions for impact, shedding light on urgent problems and high-potential solutions so that stakeholders can build greater awareness and a bias towards concerted action. We focus on offering solutions over symptoms, carefully curating evidence based solid research, and engaging decision-makers actively with our insights. This entails bringing deep sectoral knowledge. The Education Practice Area team focuses on the 'School to Work Transition' space, enabling the domain's perception and decision-making. At SKI, we believe in outcome-orientation in everything we do. Our delivery and impact focus stand out in the ecosystem, and Associate consultants must strive to embody that in their role. The key expectations for this role include but are not limited to the following:
• Solving simple problems or parts of complex problems by having an understanding of the basic problem-solving framework
• Conducting rigorous secondary and primary research to arrive at the insights needed to solve the problem
• Engage with stakeholders proactively through predictable delivery and effective communication.
• Supporting the team in project management and delivery by sharing relevant information and updates on deliverables proactively with the team
• Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team or the larger organisation where required
• Support the operations of the project/ program, including managing logistics and coordinating with multiple teams
• Work smoothly with with peers and managers and can receive constructive feedback well
• Creating reports, tools to inform the effectiveness of the project, on-ground efforts
• Contribute to the creation of proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level
• Deliver high quality documents consistently and work with the team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Support in documentation of learnings and potentially creation of reusable knowledge from the project
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who align with our mission of alleviating poverty in our lifetime and have the following profile:• A minimum 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, project management, stakeholder management in a corporate environment or in social enterprise along with a postgraduate degree in education, development sector or business management.
• Strong problem solving skills, agility, and speed.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
• Should have proven experience of working in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners etc
• Experience in primary and secondary research and report writing.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in concise communication, making presentations and data analysis
• Prior experience in a client or customer facing role, will be an added advantage
