We are looking for a Full-Time Research Associate for India Financials role in Pune. As a Full-Time Research Associate you will:

• Acquire expertise in your sector working with a Senior Analyst who is a seasoned industry expert
• Build and update company and industry models
• Create and maintain databases using data from different sources
• Work on regular research publications \xe2\x80\x93 earnings previews, reviews, event updates, flash notes etc.
• Contribute meaningful research ideas for thematic publications
• Carry out sector analysis
• Keep a track of latest developments in the companies under coverage and the sector and incorporate these into the research publications
• Become adept at in-depth analysis of your industry and companies
• Contribute to our highly differentiated written product
• Get an opportunity to travel onsite and work closely with the onshore team and understand/experience the investment decision making process

• Track records of outstanding academic performance, including honors and awards. Academic credentials typically include test scores and grades in the 90th percentile and above
• Candidate will help prepare Financial Statements and Fundamental Databases required for analysis of Indian Financials.
• Candidates with the following qualities are preferred 1) ICAI /MBA/CFA background that demonstrate financial statement analysis skills 2) 1 to 2 years post graduate work experience in Banking sector 3) Knowledge of Hindi preferred
• Knowledge of Python is welcome. Associate will be expected to pick up proficiency in Python over the first 3-6 months.
