WHAT YOU\'LL DO AT H1 The KOL collection team is looking for a Research Analyst. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for H1\'s overall data quality for our HCP Universe product. On the KOL collection team you will develop skills and knowledge around Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and apply your learnings to improve the breadth and depth of our Your roles and responsibilities: Extraction and Coverage : - Enrich/Collect data of KOLs/HCPs who plays an important role in Pharmaceutical companies Research and development, hospital and patient treatment. - Ensure the Therapy Area and Sub Therapy Area are as per client need and up to date. - Understands the different roles HCP\'s (Health care professionals) or KOLs related to healthcare. - Good Understanding on collection of data points and make sure they are in line with process guidelines. - Able to identify exceptional scenarios and escalate it to the next level. Quality of Extraction : - Update our data coverage assessments (sources, KOL\'s etc.) to identify new or emerging priorities. - Prioritize the various sources of information. - Ensure data is maintained as per the standards and review the work to avoid errors. Business Communication : - Assertive communication (Confident, clear, and controlled communication) - Ensure all written and oral communication is as per the business guidelines. ABOUT YOU - You are curious, motivated, interested in the work we\'re trying to do and the problems we are trying to solve to improve patients\' lives. REQUIREMENTS - Graduate or Postgraduate preferably in life sciences domain with demonstrated 1-3 years\' experience in secondary research industry. - KOL Data collection experience. (Mandatory) - Excellent Secondary Research Skills - Basic Excel and soft skill. - Ability to learn and adaptable for change. - Interest in healthcare, data, problem-solving, and collaboration.
