\xc2\xb7 Daily/ weekly/ monthly Research activities: Data mining and understand the reasons for Quality Defects
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on inventory quality ( IRDR/ Large adjustments/ Unmatched X, Top20 reports/ HRV adjustments etc)
\xc2\xb7 Bin Management and control ( creation/ addition/ deletion/ bin locks)
\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles
\xc2\xb7 Quality Feedback to associates
\xc2\xb7 Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area ManagerWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Gurugram, HR, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor\'s degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
