Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal ad spend allocation.
Utilize data analytics tools to track customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.
Implement retargeting strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other reporting tools.
Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work with large datasets and interpret complex analytics.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing automation tools.
