Implement effective onboarding processes by partnering with field and office teams, executing SOPs, and devising engaging ways to enhance new hire experiences. Manage a team of 1-2 recruiters for headhunting, hiring & onboarding processes for thematic areas. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: Excitement about recruiting top talent for diverse teams in field operations, offices, and various social development programs. 8+ years of work experience in HR, with at least 5 years of strong experience in talent acquisition and 3 years of team management experience in a medium to large organization. Proficiency in headhunting talent quickly through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional groups. Strong skills in listening, English reading & writing, negotiation, mathematical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Experience in data analytics & AI-driven recruitment (preferred). Sound knowledge of Indias social sector HR norms & constraints (previous experience in the development sector is a plus). A determined & resilient personality with a desire to grow and succeed.
