  • Setting the annual, quarterly and monthly enrollment and revenue generation targets individually and team both and review over


  • target achievements and revenue generations.


  • Market research and analysis, suggestions to management for developing and implementing new and sustainable market policy of the company, ahead of competitors.


  • Daily morning virtual meeting with the sales team to review the previous days results and todays work allocation.


  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits: exploring specific needs: anticipating new opportunities, customers satisfaction must be ensured.


  • Working closely with Freelancers particularly for government sectors business.


  • Making the relationship with various government agencies and departments to make them aware of the mission of agriculture information digitalization.


  • Monitoring teams performance of Value Added services. Weekly and monthly analysis report and sales trend briefing to management on MIS format.


  • Training and motivating of sales and sales admin staff on a regular basis with training schedule/ calendar.


  • Newly appointed candidates must be trained before attending the clients.


  • Improvement in product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalization on market opportunities, improving product packing, coordinating new product development.


  • Sales network creation, its maintenance and handling and public relations. Sales order administration.


  • Suggesting the pricing structures, ensuring the actual sale and receiving payments within the period of credit limit in companys accounts.


  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitors share and competitors strength and weakness, forecasting project business, establishing targeted market share.


  • Establishing the duties of the sales and marketing team with the coordination of other departments of HR and Accounts.


  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


  • Reporting to management on a daily basis through virtual meetings.


  • Ensuring the attendance of the sales and marketing team on a daily basis.

  • Strictly follow the policies of the company like leave policy, travel policy and the privacy policy of the company.




Requirements

Educational Qualification:

BSc (agri ) or MBA (ABM)

Experience -Minimum 2 years of experience dealing with dealers, distributors, manufacturers relating to the Agriculture sector.

Language must be known : English, Hindi and other languages can be an advantage. Proficiency in Computer usage.
