Requirement for Sales Manager (Electrical Items)

Post : Sales Manager (Electrical Items)
Location :sector 35, gurgaon
salary -90 k to 1,10,000 k,

Sales Manager (Electrical Items)-

• Good exposure to selling/ marketing of electrical items like switches, MCBs, contactors / switchgear products and has worked in companies like Havels, C&S, L&T, Siemen, BCH, HPL etc. or similar companies dealing with similar products.
• Most importantly he must possess excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of evaluating RFQs, detailed costing, logistics handling.
• Excellent in communication skills and making presentations to the customers. Maintain and increase SOP with existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers. Must have potential to add new customers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture them.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
• Provide insights to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.
• Prepare forecasts and presentations for upper management. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to align on objectives and deliverables.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. N

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
