• Urgent Opening for Relationship Executive - Field Sales
• We are actively seeking experienced candidates for the Relationship Executive role within our field sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Key Details:
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Day Shift Only
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives
• Job Locations: Delhi, Noida Minimum Experience: 1 Year in Home Loans or LAP Candidate Profile:
• Willingness to work in a 6-day roster-off environment.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of home loan products and financial services
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, particularly in Home Loans or LAP.
• Key Responsibilities
• Area/Geography Mapping ? Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly ? Work with supervisor for mapping execution ? Identify new sources in allocated areas ? Report progress during team huddles
• Source Relationship Management ? Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources ? Understand source potential ? Monitor and maintain LSR, SLR, and MS ratios ? Utilize relationship-building tools effectively
• Sales and Business Development ? Develop client relationships for Home Loans and LAP ? Plan market activities with Branch Manager ? Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates ? Achieve monthly productivity targets ? Focus on customer satisfaction for retention and referrals
• Reports Management ? Maintain accurate and timely reporting Required Knowledge & Skills
• Comprehensive geography knowledge
• Strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in using business development tools
• Understanding of financial products
