Position Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Primary Teacher (PRT) Female onlyDepartment: EducationReports To: Head of School / PrincipalLocation: Shrimadhopur, SikarJob Type: Full-TimeSalary & Benefits : 12K to 45K between based on experience with food and accommodation for outsidersSkills and Qualifications:Education:

• Pre-Primary Teacher: A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education preferred).

• Primary Teacher: A Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related subject with a focus on Primary Education.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years Experience in teaching children in the pre-primary or primary age groups is an advantage.

• Familiarity with current educational trends, teaching methods, and curriculum for early education and primary levels.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Patience and empathy for young children.

• Creative and innovative approach to teaching.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, parents, and school staff.

• Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.

Certifications:

• Certification in Child First Aid or CPR (preferred for Pre-Primary Teachers).

• Any additional certifications related to teaching (e.g., Montessori, STEAM) can be a plus.
