Job Title: Training Manager & PROLocation: SuratPosition Overview:The Training Manager & Professional is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, designing effective training materials, and evaluating the impact of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees.

• Create engaging and interactive training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels of the organization.

• Utilize various training methods and technologies to enhance learning and engagement.

Needs Assessment:

• Develop and implement strategies to address identified training needs and improve employee performance.

Program Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations to management.

Training Administration:

• Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification.

• Proven experience in training and development, with a track record of successful program design and delivery.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
