• B.A./M.A. in English + B.Ed. (Mandatory)

• CTET/State TET qualification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach English to students from Grades 1 to 5 using engaging and interactive methods.

• Develop lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum and NEP guidelines.

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages studentsxe2x80x99 creativity and critical thinking.

• Conduct assessments, prepare report cards, and provide feedback to students and parents.

• Utilize modern teaching aids like smart boards, storytelling, and phonetics for effective learning.

• Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and competitions.

• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom.

• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school development.

RequirementsSkills Required:

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

• Ability to create a joyful and inclusive learning atmosphere.

• Knowledge of child psychology and innovative teaching methodologies.

• Proficiency in using technology for teaching (MS Office, Google Classroom, Smart Boards, etc.).
