Project Manager for Interior Finishes Works for Hyderabad based Projects

No. of Vacancies: 2 (for Hyderabad)

Date of Joining: Immediate preferred

:

• Must have experience in minimum 10 story high rise buildings. Commercial structures experience preferred.
• Must have minimum 10years of experience in Interior finishes works.
• Oversee construction planning and execution efforts.
• Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.
• Ensures all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery and customer escalations/queries
• Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
• Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
• Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time
• Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in Customer Project Schedule.
• Ensures all work project management policies are strictly adhered to
• Ensures all project management resources are well trained to handle their respective responsibilities.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in leading projects who can handle projects of high-rise buildings with minimum 10 story structures. Commercial structure experience preferred.
• Min 5 years of Experience in Interior finishes works (e.g., Flooring, Cladding, Painting, False Ceiling, Toilet Cubicles etc)
• B. Tech in Civil Eng. Or Equivalent Graduation in Interiors.
• Must have the experience in understanding the Turney Interior Work procedures, project scheduling and planning concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Knowledge of any project management Policies
• The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work, should have key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.
