The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, fostering social and emotional development, and building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young children.Plan and prepare daily lesson plans, activities, and learning materials that are engaging and educational.Classroom Management:Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow classroom rules and routines.Address individual needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.Child Development and Support:Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and learning needs.Provide individual and group support to encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged.Communication and Collaboration:Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress, behavior, and any concerns.Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.Record Keeping and Reporting:Keep accurate records of each childs progress, achievements, and behavior.Prepare and submit reports as required, including progress reports and assessments.Health and Safety:Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures.Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest educational practices, early childhood research, and relevant regulations.Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
