The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to senior secondary students, fostering a love for literature and language, and preparing students for their examinations.Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.

• Instruction: Teach English literature, language, and composition skills to students in grades [specify grades].

• Assessment: Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, projects, and exams; provide constructive feedback.

• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

• Support and Guidance: Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their learning needs.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

• Professional Development: Stay updated on teaching methodologies, educational technology, and literature trends; participate in professional development opportunities.

• Communication: Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masterxe2x80x99s degree in English or related field; B.Ed. preferred.

• Experience: Prior teaching experience in English at the secondary level is highly desirable.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in educational technology.

• Certifications: Valid teaching certification as per local regulations.
