Responsibilities:
• Menu Planning:
• Design and develop creative, high-quality menus that meet customer preferences.
• Food Preparation:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Kitchen Management:
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, taste, and presentation.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory, including ordering ingredients and controlling food costs.
• Hygiene Standards:
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Training & Development:
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Cost Control:
• Monitor food and labor costs, aiming for efficient use of resources.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Innovation:
• Keep up with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients.

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
