This role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, faculty management, and ensuring the academic standards and goals of the institution are met.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement academic strategies and policies in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
- Oversee curriculum design and implementation, ensuring that it meets educational standards and addresses students\' needs.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
- Address student academic issues and concerns.
- Implement academic advising and support services to enhance student success.
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance and outcomes.
- Promote and support research initiatives and scholarly activities within the academic division.
- Develop and enforce academic policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of academic excellence.
- Contribute to the institutions strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Education: Graduation & Masters degree PREFERRED
- Experience: 1 TO 5 years of experience in academic administration, including leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and academic assessment.
