Job Title: CRM Process Executive

Job Summary: The CRM Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes within the organization. This role will ensure that all customer interactions are tracked, analyzed, and used to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Implementation and Management:
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system.
• Ensure the CRM system is aligned with the business's goals and processes.
• Train and support staff on the use of the CRM system.
• Data Management:
• Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of customer data.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support business decisions.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new CRM processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM processes.
• Customer Engagement:
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer communication.
• Project Management:
• Lead CRM-related projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Project management skills.
