Job Title: Tele Caller (Marathi & Hindi)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, answer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi languages is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Follow company scripts and guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi languages (spoken and written)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service

- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi languages

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Working Hours:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

- Rotational shifts (including evenings and weekends)
