Job description - Defensive Driver Trainer

Location - Zirakpur ( North)

Job Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct defensive driving training sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on safe driving techniques, hazard awareness, and accident prevention.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess trainees' driving skills through practical demonstrations and written assessments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local and national traffic laws, regulations, and defensive driving techniques to ensure training content aligns with current standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations for reporting purposes.
• Safety Advocacy: Promote a safety-first culture among trainees, emphasizing the importance of defensive driving habits and adherence to traffic rules.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for training enhancement based on feedback and industry developments, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the defensive driving program.

Qualifications:

• Driving Experience: Extensive experience in driving, preferably with a clean driving record and proficiency in defensive driving techniques.
• Training Certification: Certification as a defensive driving instructor/trainer from recognized programs or institutions may be required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training content and interact with trainees.
• Instructional Abilities: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
• Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving principles.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to assess and evaluate trainees' performance accurately, providing specific feedback for improvement.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing training schedules, materials, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training approaches based on the needs and learning styles of diverse trainee groups.
• Passion for Safety: Commitment to promoting safe driving practices and reducing traffic accidents through education and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
