Reporting Specialist roleThe reporting specialist will support the NAM centralized GBS operations team and report to the Sr. Operations Manager, GBS. The role will provide consistent and standardized reporting across source and screen, RPO Admin and MSP. The detail-oriented and analytical reporting specialist will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision making processes across the GBS.key responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support business operations.\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.\xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain documentation related to report definitions and data sources.\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure report accuracy and relevance.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.\xe2\x97\x8f Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide training and support on report generation and data interpretation.\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor report performance and make recommendations for improvements.\xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.reporting experience:\xe2\x97\x8f pivot tables and proficiency in complex formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, array formula and conditional functions.\xe2\x97\x8f automation and scripting.\xe2\x97\x8f data manipulation, data visualization.\xe2\x97\x8f report and dashboard design and creation.Get in touch : apurva.sharma@randstadrisesmart.com
