As a Reporting and Analysis Specialist, you will be crafting comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with various groups to understand their reporting needs and deliver high-quality reports that drive performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities include Develop, design, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Collaborate with collaborators to understand their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions. Apply data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) to extract, manipulate, and interpret data. Ensure data quality , accuracy and consistency in reporting.Present findings and recommendations to management and other key collaborators.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard methodologies in data analysis and reporting.Qualification :Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Demonstrable experience in reporting and data analysis, with a solid grasp of data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools/software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective social skills, with the good communication to data-driven insights to non-technical collaborators.
• Experience in banking/fintech industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills: Experience with data analytics and predictive modelling. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
