• Computer savvy & excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in Power BI, Reporting, Zendesk & Tableau \xe2\x80\x93 SHOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE and NOT MUST
• High attention to detail and report, distribute, and facilitate billable hours reporting
• Provide flexible coverage during EMEA & US Hours
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Data Analysis & Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 SHOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE and NOT MUST
• The passion and drive to make a difference
