Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Works collaboratively to ensure data stores and applications adhere to defined data management and data access practices, policies, and procedures - Provides complex reports, with both quantitative / qualitative analysis, analysing large data-sets, for internal or external reports - Manages requests from clients, liaising with Analytics teams across different geographies to ensure co-ordination and consistent data reporting across the Group - Leads the training and development for junior staff, enhancing the knowledge of the team - Translates business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions, and automates requests where appropriate and cost-effective - Supports the build of systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights and intellectual property - Helps to develop strategies for effective data analytics and management of data sources, for internal and external purposes - Applies industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance, working closely with Business Development to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Qualifications & Experience: - Degree or equivalent - Moderate experience with database use, database platforms and analysing large datasets - Previous experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting.
