We are seeking a diligent Reporting Executive to manage essential aspects of our operations, focusing on dealer coordination and delivery reporting. This role involves daily interactions with dealers, updating CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication with Kannada-speaking customers.

Note Candidate Should Know How to Speak Kannada Language is must.

Responsibilities:

1. Request daily delivery reports from dealers and consolidate them for internal review.

2. Update product delivery statuses promptly and accurately in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

3. Follow up consistently with dealers to ensure timely payments are made.

4. Contact Kannada-speaking customers to confirm product deliveries and address any related inquiries.

5. Utilize MS Office applications proficiently for reporting and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in delivery coordination or similar roles.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Fluent in Kannada to effectively communicate with customers.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software is advantageous.

- Background in customer service or operations coordination.

Salary:

INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month (salary in hand).
