It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!:JOB SUMMARY:Support and publishing activities across business units and functional teams for timely delivery of reports to Court Reporting leadership. This position works closely with the FP&A team and all stakeholders across international for collecting and delivery of weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Weekly Reporting:

  • Weekly billing stats and break up between contracts & transactional.
  • KPI & penalty reporting.
  • Weekly Contractors pay vs quantity reconciliation.
  • Casual hours report weekly vs budget and rolling forecast.
  • Preparing termination report on a weekly basis.
  • Preparing Vendor invoices reconciliation report vs prior months.

  • Thorough understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of accuracy in his/her work.
  • The ability and confidence to get into the detail of the systems at a transactional level to find the root cause of an issue, to understand that detail and the cause - and to solve it.
  • Ability to organize, meet strict deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Independent with high initiative.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Strong understanding of database and reporting technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Strong financial background and analytical skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business area, MBA preferred.
  • Strong accounting foundation required.
  • 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience including demonstrated experience in data reporting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
