We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

- Power BI Reporting Analyst

• Familiar with and has implemented Power BI in a self-service environment
• Experience with Power BI Service architecture using reporting governance including workspace, migration of reports/devops and auditing in a large organization
• Implemented role/row-level security in a large organization
• Design, model and develop complex reports using MS Power BI 2.0 using multiple data sources including Azure Storage, Snowflake and Azure Analysis Services
• Experience with Power BI gateway
• Participate in planning and implementing the reporting solution. :
• Coordinate with team members to perform report development based on project requirements. :
• Interview clients for reporting requirements. :
• Perform quality assurance tests for ensuring report validation. :
• Interact with project leaders to understand project requirements. :
• Provide valid inputs in database architectural discussions. :
• Assist in identifying process improvements for reporting performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of data issues in a timely manner. :
• Understands best practices for Data Visualization and Data modeling
• Experience with Dimensional modeling (Kimball)

Requirements:

• Overall 10+Years of reporting architecture experience.
• 4-5 years developing Data Visualization Solutions
• 3 Years Power BI experience
• 1 year using Snowflake as a data source
• 2 years using Power BI connectors
• 2 years using Microsoft SSAS tabular or Azure Analysis Services as a data source.
