Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree (Civil Engineering Preferred)
• MS Word, Excel (Must)
• AutoCAD, Sketchup & Tally (Preferred)
• Ability/Basic knowledge to read Property related documents & Plans
• Female
• 0-2 Years experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Valuation Report drafting
• Collect necessary details from various websites
• Associate with Valuer, site Engineer & Clients
• Regular Communication with various Banks & Financial Institutions
• Real estate - Market research, Analysis & Maintain database
• Preparing Plan & Estimation (Added Advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
Willingness to travel:
• 75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
