The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing replacement requests, ensuring the smooth processing of all replacement-related activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Executive: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, product replacement, or related functions.
• Senior Executive: 3-4 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role managing replacements or customer service operations.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
