Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair power tools such as drilling machines, demolition hammers, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of customer machines.
• Provide expert consultation on tool usage and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Assist customers in understanding repair solutions and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and tool functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant diploma/degree.
• Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and their mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for customer interaction.
