Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair internal and customer rejections.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings for recurring issues.
• Ensure repaired products meet quality standards before returning to production or customers.
• Process customer returns in line with warranty policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and returns using ERP/SAP or tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the quality and production teams to identify and address recurring issues.
• Communicate repair and return status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of repair stock and components to ensure efficient and cost-effective repair operations.
• Maintain 5S standards for cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the workplace.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Electrical.
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in PCBA testing, troubleshooting, and repair and return processes.
• Familiarity with J-STD-001H soldering standards to maintain quality in electronic assemblies.
• Ability to apply IPC-A-610H standards for assessing solder joints and assembly integrity in both through-hole and SMT applications.
• Experience with IPC-7711/21 rework and repair processes.
• ESD awareness.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an additional advantage.
