Reporting to Senior Manager, L&D Operations (India) Mumbai. The Repair Technician plays an important role in the L&D department.Job Profile

L1 (Remote Support), L2 (Site Support) and L3 (Physical Repair) repair work in Repair Center.
Troubleshooting, testing & repair of faulty PCB or equipment.
Electronics hardware/ PCB handling, storage, and shipment packing
Import/export shipping arrangement and tracking shipments
Inventory management for spares (Raising PR, stock audit)
Warehousing of spares
Sharing quote to customers for out of warranty repair.
Coordinate with the Customer, Vendor, distributers, Internal team
Sending weekly report to Management.
Update and record keeping of all RMA documentations.
Visit to site in case of emergencies to do investigation and Resolution on Products.
