You will be responsible for building strong relationships with society management committees, driving penetration through a dedicated team of Feet of the Street executives. Responsibilities :- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to penetrate target societies in the targeted area. - Build and manage a high-performing team of Feet on Street executives to execute offline activations. - Establish strong relationships with society management committees and key decision-makers. - Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
