Responsibilities :Customer Success :- Proactively reach out to assigned paid customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional ongoing support.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Rentenpe features or services suited to customer needs.Relationship Building :- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve the Rentenpe platform and overall customer experience.- Be a trusted advisor, providing customers with valuable insights and best practices related to using Rentenpe effectively.Account Management :- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to using the Rentenpe platform.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.Collaboration :- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.- Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to drive platform improvement and innovation.Qualifications :- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, customer success, or account management roles.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
