Rentenpe, a revolutionary rent payment platform, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success to join our growing team in Mumbai! In this exciting role, you\'ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued paid customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success using the Rentenpe platform.Responsibilities :Customer Success :- Proactively reach out to assigned paid customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional ongoing support.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and personalised interactions.- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve the Rentenpe platform and overall customer experience.- Be a trusted advisor, providing customers with valuable insights and best practices related to using Rentenpe effectively.- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to using the Rentenpe platform.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.- Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to drive platform improvement and innovation.Qualifications :- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer success, or account management roles.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
