The ideal candidate will have experience in managing renewals, preparing weekly reports, handling MIS, and overseeing renewal billing processesDuties and Responsibilities:1. Manage the renewals process efficiently and ensure timely completion.2. Prepare and analyze weekly reports related to renewals and provide insights to the team.3. Maintain accurate MIS records and ensure data integrity.4. Oversee renewal billing activities and resolve any billing discrepancies.Qualification
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of renewals processes and billing systems.
- Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
