You should be an experienced Renewal Executive responsible for engaging with key customers to help them with their insurance renewals. You will constantly identify opportunities to grow the sales and build positive relationships with the existing clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when renewing their policies, to check if the policy is still relevant and gives the maximum benefits, in order to gain maximum customer satisfaction.
? Constantly upgrading yourself on the industry trends.? Communicate with the consumers on the regular basis and understand what they need ? Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.? Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.? Follow up to ensure that the renewals are executed on time. ? Enhance the customer relationships.
? Superior product knowledge in the domains of Health Insurance, Motor & Non-Motor insurance ? Excellent customer issue documentation skills? Good listening ability to understand customer needs and provide solution? Ability to function independently as well as in a team? Demonstrated communication skills to provide and support the customers at the time of renewals ? Demonstrated ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary? Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule ? Affluency in sales
