You are responsible for Remotely support activities like security patching, proactive monitoring of our products & bring support-services thinking and mind-set into all aspects of problem escalations Build partnership with end customer (wherever applicable) Good understanding on Information technology components Analyzing and troubleshooting Operating Systems issues quickly and effectively Willingness to work in shifts and 24/7 model. Be aware of the latest technical & organizational developments and their relevance to the business You are a part of Services and Solutions Delivery team part of Clinical Informatics business defining and shaping proactive remote serviceability capabilities to provide best customer experience as part of our overall Philips continuum of patient care. You have the opportunity to serve our customers of Philips by Proactively monitoring their install base and security patching in timely manner. To succeed in this role, you\'ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Operating Systems, tools & Applications IT tools familiarity and work experience Good knowledge on below OS - Troubleshooting Client/Server OS Troubleshooting experience File system (NTFS), Microsoft Message Queuing Good knowledge on industry standard virtualization technology (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V etc.)VMware, etc User of remote tools - RDP/Terminal Services and VNC etc. Experience with imaging software Good knowledge on MS SQL - Configuration & troubleshooting Excellent communication skills Exhibits good listening and comprehension Prepare clear and concise written communications Exposure to direct interactions with end customers How we work at Philips Our newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
