Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our remote team in Indore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and product sales.

- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to our target audience.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and potential growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

- Handle online and offline sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with the design and production teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.

- Track and analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

- He/she will be provided with a weekly list of tasks that they will complete and report to the Manager.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in furniture or lifestyle brands.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
