Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Role: Fulltime
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping others while advancing their career using exceptional sales abilities. It requires the right combination of empathy, phone sales abilities, and investigative skills. Often the first point of contact, the Customer Support Executive plays a vital role in determining the client’s satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Use empathy and compassion to put callers at ease
At least 0 or 2-year of call center experience
Exceptional English-Speaking ability
Conveys confidence on the phone
Treats the last call on Friday with the same care and compassion as Monday morning
Ability to build rapport with potential new clients
Controls the pace and direction of the call
Enthusiastic about helping others
Desire to learn about different case types and medical conditions
Extensive interaction with clients over the telephone and client intake phone calls
Answer clients’ questions and concerns
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:
Position requires at least 1 or 2 years of experience working in Call Center, Telephonic sales, Inbound/ Outbound Call (USA , Australia UK-based process)
Exceptional English-Speaking skills with fluency
Minimum education UG candidates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willing to work in Night shift /Previous Night Shift experience preferred
Prior experience working in US , Australia ,UK process is a plus such as Recruitment process, Banking process, Travel Process, Customer Support and Customer Service for US , Australia, UK Clients.
