Release Train Engineer
Job Description
Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 6-9 yrs.(C1):
1. Responsible for Release Planning for each release of product
2. Participate in Scope finalization for Change Request from Market and Service Ops items with market and vendor
3. Follow up with markets on SO items pending market feedback before a release and assign to NS as scope
4. Participate and finalize the UAT planning for the release and involved in kick off with the markets
5. Setup Daily, Bi-Weekly, Weekly meetings with Vendor, Markets to ensure smooth conduct of Release testing
6. Responsible to Escalate any bottlenecks or delays from Vendor, SO team or market to respective stakeholders
7. Follow up with NetSol for fixes delivery and liaise with SO team for deployment in UAT
8. Ensure communication to SO, Test Automation team on testing progress and Go Live date 9. Plan the Go Live cut-over with SO, market local IT and ensure coordination amongst stakeholders
10. Participate in Retrospective Meeting after each release and implement process improvements/gaps in subsequent releases
11. Ensure effective JIRA management for transparent communication between Vendor and market.
