Release managerSetup and maintain an end-to-end Release- / System-Plan for non-SAP and SAP system landscape, which reflects the
dependencies to all inbound and outbound systems according to and including program goals and dates (e.g.
Deployments, Updates, Downtimes etc.)
xefx82xb7 Setup and maintain the system landscape planning
xefx82xb7 Setup and maintain a release and production calendar with all downtimes, aligned with IFRS17 closing calendar
xefx82xb7 Prepares and participates in the IT change advisory board (CAB)
xefx82xb7 Coordinates and monitors the implementation process incl. Test and sign off
xefx82xb7 High-Level Coordination of system activities (system refreshes, deployments etc.)
xefx82xb7 Communication to all stakeholders pertaining to all tasks planned and derived from the system / release planning
xefx82xb7 Planning and moderation of meetings between stakeholders in the system planning activities as well as informing on
timeframes and conflicts
xefx82xb7 Collecting and analyzing information to proactively adjust system planning and highlight possible conflicts / problems
xefx82xb7 Execute rollouts and deployments (either developments of other providers of updates by the software vendor)
xefx82xb7 Creation and maintenance of documentations and presentations for tasks from system and release planning
xefx82xb7 Execute and monitor hotfix process
xefx82xb7 Change management for tasks from system and release planning
xefx82xb7 Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the deployment activities
xefx82xb7 Track activities against the schedule, manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate and report the status of activities
xefx82xb7 Assist the Program/Project/Product Manager and the development team members in planning each release
xefx82xb7 Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams
