What You Will Do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Oversee monthly releases of multi-tenant Infor M3 ERP and edge applications. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Manage the internal deployment process for new enhancements and break fixes within the integrated Infor M3 applications. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Lead and coordinate monthly release and deployment activities, ensuring the seamless execution of the deployment plan. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Assess downstream impact, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, conduct release walkthroughs, and communicate release status effectively. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Conduct triage meetings to gain insights into deployment-related issues and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Drive continuous process improvements by automating manual tasks and eliminating inefficiencies in the release management process. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Encourage development teams to embrace Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Agile practices. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Maintain a knowledge repository on deployment and release procedures, along with key information pertaining to monthly releases and deployments. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Establish and maintain productive working relationships with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Work on a flexible schedule and support releases on weekends, as needed. xa0 Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) u2022 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of IT, with a strong understanding of the release management process within large-scale ERP systems.
