As part of release management, you need to do a lot of planning, testing, deployment and communication.Responsibilities:Enforce release process rigorously and keep improving itPlan releases of various features and prepare release calendarPerform risk assessment and make sure that production is always stableReview features going into each release and make sure quality of released code is very highTrack the release process and make sure releases are completed on timeComplete release documentation on timeEnforce code coverage guidelines for unit tests and automationQualifications:B.E./B.Tech. in computer science or equivalent5+ years of project management experience out of which 2 years must be in release managementExperience in working with DevOps, Agile framework and CICD pipelinesIn depth knowledge of software development lifecycleGood knowledge of application infrastructure and system architectureExcellent leadership and communication skillsReturn to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days \xe2\x80\x9cin office\xe2\x80\x9d and 2 days \xe2\x80\x9cworking remotely\xe2\x80\x9d) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.Benefits: Our benefits package includes the best of what leading organizations provide, such as stock options, paternity/maternity leave, healthcare insurance, broadband reimbursement.
