The area caters to Credit Risk management function for the bank. This area is responsible to assess Credit Risk, Manage exposure to risk across various counterparty portfolios, setting up portfolio strategies and overall risk appetite, assign credit ratings to the counterparties, Manage and monitor credit Limits across various dimensions and also provide inputs to create regulatory risk reports

We are in the journey of building a Strategic platform \xe2\x80\x9cGCRS\xe2\x80\x9d, which will be used by entire bank for various credit risk management tasks across all categories. The platform is an integrated application covering end to end credit risk workflow, automated in-system workflow, quality controlled data, enable multitasking on screen and enable adding future functionalites.The entire technology suite stack are Java,Oracle,AngularJS [UI],Spring. In terms of tooling and framework we are using TeamCity, Jenkins, Cucumber, Liquibase, Jama, uDeploy, OpenShift, SonarCube and SAFe Agile to name a few.

The Lead Business Functional Analyst is responsible for guiding Functional Analysts in the review and analysis of requirements from the business as well as identifying and assessing change needs. The Lead Business Functional Analyst is responsible for working closely with development teams to drive forward prioritisation of requirements through the SDLC, ensuring appropriate functional details are captured, shared and understood. The Lead Business Functional Analysts will support the estimation process along with QA and development. They will work closely with the QA team to ensure requirements are understood and can be turned into appropriate test stories. Involvement in daily standups, backlog grooming, spring planning, retrospectives, etc. to support the agile delivery methodology.

Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Analyse, define and document features in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Work together with the team in breaking down the features into user stories; defining clear outcomes and associated detailed success criteria
• Adjust the features and priority dynamically based on user feedback and realignment of business priorities
• Accepting or rejecting features delivered by development teams
• Keeping customers or users informed of status, demonstrating functionality to users and gathering feedback
• Work closely with business , change , delivery team to design / propose solutions to improve overall business process
• Data validations and data analysis presentation of analysis results
• Create working models , example flows to better support functional requirements

Experience/ Exposure

• Hands-on experience in business analysis and use of analysis methods and tools within Credit Risk, Finance or Treasury areas
• Anticipate user needs on a long term basis in order to build a continuous vision for the product and able to deliver incremental features that map to a long term vision
• Must be able to communicate information effectively with people from varying backgrounds including technical teams, users and business stakeholders
• Understanding of how the product fits into the strategic architecture of the organisation and synergies between different products
• Hands-on data extraction, data processing and analysis using SQL
• Understanding big data technologies / Tableau, Excel, Python

Education/ Qualifications

Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent Business Analysis certification and/or relevant work experience)Certifications like FRM , CFA
