Relationship Sales Associate
Job Description
Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Shift: General Shift (Mon-Sat)
CTC: Up to ?25,000/month (based on experience)
Languages Required: English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
Experience: Freshers welcome! Previous tele sales experience is a plus.
Age: 21-28 years preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients for:
Real Estate Sales (Residential & Commercial properties)
Luxury Villa Stays (Hanu Reddy Residences)
Event Venue Bookings (Weddings, Corporate Events, etc.)
Sales Process: Follow up on leads from start to finish.
Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Closing Deals: Negotiate, close sales, and hit targets.
Accountability: Keep track of leads and sales activities.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Strong Communication Skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Cold Calling: Comfortable making calls and reaching out to potential leads.
Follow-Up Efficiency to convert leads into customers.
Experience: Previous tele sales experience is an advantage.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and managing leads.
