Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our team. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to meet sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and needs. Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers based on their requirements. Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, and investment options. Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable products and services to meet customers\' financial objectives. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master\'s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or a related field. Proficiency in using Tally for maintaining financial records and managing accounts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers. Ability to understand and analyze customers\' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Good understanding of banking and financial products and services. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Schedule:
