Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Address client issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Provide regular updates to clients on their accounts or projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
