Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Relationship Officer or similar role in [industry].
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English, Kannada, and Malayalam is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
